What this site is for

Provide Cover is an insurance broker. This website exists to explain the types of protection insurance we arrange and to let you request a call back from one of our advisers.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

This site is information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information about insurance products. It is not personal financial advice and it isn’t a recommendation that any particular product is right for you.

We can’t know your circumstances from a web page. Advice only happens in a conversation with an adviser, after we’ve asked you about your finances, your health and your family. Anything you read here should be treated as background, not as a recommendation.

Prices shown anywhere on this site are examples. Your actual premium depends on your age, health, lifestyle, occupation, the amount of cover and the term, and is only confirmed once an insurer has underwritten your application.

Getting a quote

When you submit the quote form you are asking us to contact you. You are not applying for insurance, you are not agreeing to buy anything, and nothing is payable at that point.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete as far as you know. We use it to prepare quotes and to have a useful conversation with you. Inaccurate information leads to inaccurate quotes.

You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to use the quote form.

How we’re paid

We don’t charge you a fee for our advice. When a policy we’ve arranged goes live, the insurer pays us a commission. This is included in the premium you’d pay going direct to that insurer, so using us doesn’t make your policy more expensive.

We’ll tell you about the commission arrangement before you commit to anything.

Contacting you

If you submit the quote form, you agree that we may contact you by telephone, email and SMS about your enquiry. We explain this on the form itself and set out how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.

If you’d rather we stopped, tell us and we’ll stop. There’s no process to go through, just say so.

Our content

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the Provide Cover name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not copy it, republish it, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third party websites, we do so for information. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your data.

What we don’t promise

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either. Product details, insurer panels and prices change. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information on it, other than a decision you make after speaking to one of our advisers.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
